Magic is the transmutation of magicka into a physical force, induced by the user's willpower. An individual transmutation of magicka to form a mystical effect is called a spell. One who works magic is a mage.

Dragonborn has the ability to consume a slain Dragon's soul and absorb its knowledge, allowing them to learn words of power quickly.
Disarm: Enemies will drop their weapons, be staggered for a few seconds, and then scramble to retrieve their weapons, unless, of course, they are taken out by the player or another NPC. If the player can manage to disarm and retrieve the weapons of several strong opponents, a challenging fight can quickly become very easy.
Aura Whisper: This Shout functions similarly to a Detect Life spell. Unlike Detect Life, this ability also allows the user to detect the presence of Animunculi, undead, and daedra. However, the shout doesn't work for detecting dragons. The range is also far greater than that of Detect Life. However, friend and foe are not differentiated.
