Backstory[]
Neon was an escape Experiment that became lost into an abandon village. There, one of the buildings were being used by a Male Hybrid. The male notice the fluff ball of a cat stumbling toward the light source, the house. So, Male took Neon in as his son. The male's name was Rick, as Neon later learned. Neon later came across Sassy while walking through the village. He played with Sassy happily before Rick found them.

- Neon's tail is extremely long(Kinda like a monkey tail), so his tail can grip onto branches and swing for him.
- Neon has yet to unlock all his powers that he holds.
