In the city, a roar came about. On one of the buildings stood a man with short white hair, his white and black eye glance down. "Another one... Hmph, just like the job said." He jumps off the building as he lands in the center of a group of demons. "Say Hello to my marry couple!" He pulls out two shotguns and fires demons left to right as they charge him.
- a demon is about to attack Katsu from behind before sounds of flesh and bone are heard being sliced. The demon falls apart and a red scaled demon carrying two scimitars with serrated edges jumps over his head.*
Katsu glares behind himself, his shotguns put away as he drawn his sword, having murder the other demons. "Who are you, Demon..." The sword that shine silver with a grey handle was pointed at the Red scaled Demon. The handle had a daimond with a dragon on it that its tail curl the handle.
"Why do you need to know?" He looks at Katsu, his voice having an echo.
"Because your a demon, a being I can't trust." Katsu glares at the demon.
"Huh. Well I'm not surprised. Demons are usually untrustworthy beings." He chuckles. "but if I was untrustworthy then explain the demon carcass that was going to attack you from behind, if I hadn't cut it in half."
"I would have handle it, even if you didn't cut it in half." Katsu state blodly. "I am no human." He puts his sword away and walks with his hands in his pant pockets. "I could go for a nice Chocolate Chip sundae right now..." He mutter as he walks down to a lady, speaking to her before the woman handed him some money. "Alright... 40 bucks... Might as well pay for the building I'm staying in... Through I would like some Chocolate Chip sundae." He sighed to himself, putting the money away.
"There's another group coming." He twirls his scimitars"Place is a feeding ground for demons. You might wanna get ready."
"I'm always ready." Katsu turn around, glaring. "I am a Demon Slayer, we always got to be ready." He chuckles a bit, glancing away. "Beside, I can senses them, I don't have to always be on guard. Cause I always have been on guard." With that Katsu turn on his heel and walks away as his close his eyes.
"Well, that's rude." The demon walks past him towards the demons.
Katsu gone to the diner that he normally goes. "Yo, Bose, get my a chocolate Chip Sundae please." He put a dollar down and sits at a table while the guy left to get the chocolate chip sundae. "Oh, and a pizza while your at it! No Mushrooms!" Katsu sighed, looking at the Daimond gem necklace he was wearing. "..."
The demon continues walking before he starts running.
Katsu sighed, closing his eyes. "Mother..." Bose brought the chocolate chip Sundae. "Katsu, your pizza will be coming later." Katsu nodded, eating his chocolate chip Sundae.
He runs into the thick of the horde.
Katsu eats his chocolate chip sundae. But stops as he glance at the door. ' Demon coming in... ' He keeps eating.
The demon is thrown back in front of the diner, he stands up and growls. "..."
Katsu finished eating. "The Pizza can wait, Bose." With that, the demon slayer made he way and open the front door.
Demons are seen rushing into the city.
"I don't need your help!" The demon stands up and picks up his swords.
"Hmph, who said I came out to help you." Katsu said, pulling out his shotguns and shot a demon in the head. " I'm protecting this town." A sly smirk appear as one demon notice him. "Beside... These fellows know me too well."
"Whatever." He starts fighting the demons.
Katsu Dante pulls out his sword as he charges into the meat of the demon hordes, slashing and cutting.
" Katssssu... I will kill you." A voice echo through the horde. Katsu smirks. "Well, come at me." Suddenly a shockwave blasted the demons around him as one that look like the leader glared at Katsu.
The demon stabs one of the demons in the eye, his form flickers a bit, revealing a human with red hair before transforming back and attacking more demons.
Katsu and the demon leader fight while Katsu kills other demons with one shotgun and his sword dealing blows with the demon leader.
He grabs one and throws it into the air before stabbing the stomach repeatedly and tossing it to the side, he growls and attacks the other demons.
Katsu and the demon leader slash and hack at each other before Katsu cut the demon leader in half. "Hmph..."
" Katsu Dante... you will die by the others...-" Before the demon could finished, Katsu shoots the demon's head repeatingly. All the demons around him stop and stare at him.
The demon is stabbing one in the head, before looking at Katsu. "Tch.."
Katsu was glaring at the dead body of the demon leader before putting the sword away. The demons all suddenly swarm on Katsu before they were blasted off of him but his duel Shotguns. "Well, looks like another party was ruin." He said, walking away from the scene since the demons were dead.
The demon sheathed his swords, shifting into his human form. "Great, they all died."
Katsu walked into the dinner. "Back Bose, may I have my Pizza now?" He sits back at the table he ate his chocolate Chip sundae at as the big gentleman brought his pizza." Thanks Bose." Katsu starts eating his pizza, thinking as his eyes close.
The man opens the door, carrying his swords in a backpack and he sits down at a table on the opposite side from Katsu. "..."
Katsu keeps eating his pizza, glancing at Bose. "So, any rumors I need to hear about, Bose?"
Bose was wipping down the counter. "Yea, Katsu. I think you might wanna go back to your office. Said a woman or a client is waiting."
Katsu finished eating, getting up. "Alright, see you later, Bose. And remember, keep check of your weight." He said that before leaving the dinner.
Bose sighed, but chuckles lightly. "Ah... Katsu Dante, What a kid he can be." Bose then noticed the male. "Ah, new face. What would you like to have?"
"I don't know, I'm still checking." He keeps reading and he looks at Bose. "So, that man's name is Katsu?"
"Aye, he is. Katsu Dante, the best Demon slayer in town... Well, the only one in town that many know. I'm sure there are others. But, that all aside. Katsu Dante has been a loner and living his own life since I met him when he was 14." Bose chuckled slightly, sighing. "He hasn't changed one bit. Chocolate Sundaes, pizza with no mushrooms and killing demons that threaten the human world."
"Are you saying, he's a hunter? Does he go after all kinds of demons? Even hybrids?"
"No, not all kinds. Only those that dare threaten the human world. Hybirds are not threatening us so he never hunts them down. Word has it, he too, is a hybrid of two races that never should have met in such way. But, that is only stories and Katsu has never said anything about it." Bose said, sighing a bit. "Demons who love humans are safe, Katsu considers them more human than the evil creatures that try to murder humans."
"Oh. Ones that can shapeshift?"
"Hm... I don't know, Never heard of a demon that can shapshift. But, maybe cause I am not as familiar with demons as Katsu Dante. Anyway, know what you want or still need time?"
"I'll need a little more time thanks."
Bose nods. "Alright, call for me if you know what you want. I'm Bose." Bose then goes to the counter and clean glasses.
"Ok. My name's...Kasai."
Bose grins. "Well, welcome to this quiet Town, Kasai." He finishes cleaning the glasses.
"Thanks I suppose."He continues to look through the menu.
Bose grins, not saying anything as he cleans the glasses. "Hm?" He glance up to the door. "Oh, Katsu, back already."
"Easy, as normal. That cilent wasn't even serious." Katsu said, going to the counter and sitting in one of the sits at the counter. He yawns.
Kasai glances towards Katsu and frowns. "Hey uh...Batsu right? I'm ready to order."
Bose chuckles, going over. "It is Bose, your not the first to mess it up so I'm not upset. What do ya wanna order?" A grin was on his face.
Katsu seem confuse a bit, but shake his head a bit and staring at the drinks. "While your at it Bose, get me a beer."
"Yea, yea, I know Katsu. I'll get that after I get this guys order." Bose said, sighing a bit.
"I'll have a pizza. Just cheese." Kasai closes the menu.
Bose grins. "Coming right up." He goes, than came back with a cheese pizza." Here you go, sir." He then goes back and toss Katsu a beer. "Here you go!"
Katsu catch the beer, grinning. "Thanks Bose."
"Thank you Bose." Kasai takes a slice of pizza and begins eating it.
Bose smirks. "No problem."
Katsu drinks his beer rather quietly.
"What're you so silent about?" Kasai looks at Katsu.
"Nothing that is important..." Katsu spoke rather quietly, his eyes closed.
Bose seem to frown as if he caught why Katsu was silent. "Yo, dude... Want your chocolate chip sundae?"
Katsu sighed a bit, but nods. "Yea..."
"Silent over nothing important? I wonder why, I mean you weren't as silent as when we were killing demons."
"Personal reasons..." Katsu mutter, glancing to the diamond on his necklace. "Something I don't want to speak of..."
His gaze drifts to the necklace. "Huh. Does it involve that necklace you're looking at?"
"..." Katsu didn't say anything, drinking his beer. Bose came out with a chocolate Chip sundae, which Katsu started to eat slowly.
"I'll take that as a yes." Kasai contnues to eat.
Katsu just stayed silence, eating his chocolate chip Sundae.

Kasai: Scared of tellin? Or are you just too enveloped in that sundae?
Bose:*he quietly goes to Kasai and whispered in his ear.* Family problems... Katsu doesn't remember anything about his family beside the fact that his mother gave him the necklace...
Katsu:*quietly eats.*
Kasai: oh.
Bose: Yea...
Katsu:*Finishes eating*...
Kasai: *yawns and finishes the last slice* I barely even know my family.
Bose:Same with Katsu. *He sighed.*
Kasai: *shrug*
Katsu:*Gets up and leaves quietly.*
Kasai: Hm...*he places some money on the table and gets up, walking out after Katsu*
Bose: See Ya!
Katsu:*walking till he gotten to a building with 'Devil May Cry' as a sign.* Hmph... What demons know about my mother?...
Kasai: *stays out of sight, following Katsu to the building*..?
Katsu:*he walks inside the building, going to a jukebox, playing music as he goes over to his desk.* Mother... *He mutter, picking up a picture.* All I have left is this necklace and a picture of you to remember you by... *he sighed.* And nothing known about my father...
Kasai sits outside the window, listening in.
Katsu sighed, holding the picture up more. The photo was of a lovely young women with silvery, white long hair and white, lifeful eyes. Katsu put the picture down. "Archangel and demon... A hybird said to never be made... And here I am, with no one to truly guide me... Who was my father? What happen to my mother? Why do I not remember anything of them? Questions I have are still unanswered, and none of them will till I hunt down every demon and get infor from them..." But, he sighed while shaking his head. "No... That is not why I am here..." He sits down in his sit. "I am here, hunting demons who harm Mankind... Humans... So, why am I so confuse in my own matters in life?..."
"Maybe cause you're trying to move on with your life?"
Katsu tenses, glancing over to Kasai. "Hmph..." He glance away. "I guess so... But, demons keep bringing it up... My mother... My blood..."
"Then kill any demon that tries before they can bring it up."
"There will always be a demon to bring it up... " He sighed. "Even if I kill them, their voices will only echo..."
"Who cares? Those demons probably won't ever tell you anything about your parents."
Katsu sighed, closing his eyes. "I Care... Somewhere inside, I feel my parents were deal with injustice..."
"And what if they weren't? What if they were taken for stuff they commited that was wrong and unjustifiable?"
"Then I can accept their deaths." Katsu said, growling a little.
"So let me get this straight? You wanna find out if your parents suffered from injustice or justice? Wat if they're not even dead?"
"That... Would be a whole different story..." Katsu closed his eyes.
"Oh really?"
Katsu nods. "Because, only my mother left me two things. to try and know what little I can about her..."
"What would you do if you found them alive? Would you ask them questions?"
"Of course..." He open his eyes a little. "Like why father hasn't left anything behind for me to know him... Or why I would never get to know him... I understand Archangels and demons are not allow to love, so that is something I won't ask..."
"Hm..well did he give you that sword? Cause I know that those guns weren't given to you."
"No... Or I don't know if he did... All I know was that I found this sword in a abandon house..." He seem to sighed.
He grunts and stands up. "So you don't know where you got the sword? Heh, I got mine from killing a demon possessed by their power."
Katsu sighed. "A nicer story than mine..."
"IS it? When you finally fight the demon after having to leave behind a river of demon blood, sadly at the cost of an entire city block?"
Katsu sighed, thinking. "Any city, town or human life is at cost... I have learn that lesson..."
"Exactly." Kasai twirls his two swords around.
Katsu closes his eyes. "But, Not city, town or human life was at crisis when I grab my sword... No demon hunted human life around me till days after I gotten the sword..."
"But even then, that little forcefield wore off considering what happened earlier."
Katsu sighed. "Onlu matter of time before the demons find a way to open the hell gate...."
"Hell gate?"
"Yes... A gate that was closed off, which open between the demon and Human worlds to forever allow Demons to come in freely in the human world..."
"Oh."
Katsu nods, closing his eyes.
"I do recall one demon talking about a gate. Never knew he meant a hellgate."
"Yes... Most demons speak of the Hellgate." Katsu open his eyes. "They want the human world to be attack by the Demon world...."
"Well, if demons do try to attack I bet I'd kill more than you."
"Hmph, I doubt that." His eyes open. "Through, I wouldn't care about the counting..." He glance to the ceiling.
"Even so, I'd probably get more." Kasai grins.
"It depends on strength, not numbers." His eyes narrow. "Hmph... I will kill that one demon..." A sly grin appear.
"Demon? What one demon woild this be?" Kasai tilts his head.
"One who calls himself the Great Kave... Hmph, he is a powerful demon I have come across... Through, I haven't seen him since the second time we fought... I want a rematch with him." A smirk appear. "So I can defeat him..."
"As long as his death doesn't let you beat me, go ahead."
"I won't be beating you by numbers, numbers doesn't matter to me. Strength matters to me." Katsu sighed, sitting up.
"Very well then." Kasai sheathes his swords. "Let's test out which of us is stronger."
Katsu chuckles. "Alright." He stands up and draws his sword. "Come at me." He taunts Kasai with a smirk.
"Fine." Kasai charges at Katsu, his hands ready to grab his swords.
Katsu smirked, kicking his own desk up into the air and kicks it at Kasai before jumping over kasai as his sword ready to block any of Kasai's attacks.
Kasai swings his swords cutting the desk apart, then swinging them at Katsu's blade.
Katsu's sword blocks Kasai's blades, the sword glowing before Katsu lands perfectly on his feet as he swings at Kasai, but faint it before swinging his sword from the other way at Kasai.
Kasai blocks the swing with one sword and swings the other at Katsu.
Katsu had suddenly pull out one of his shotguns, blocking the swings with both his shotgun and his sword.
"Not bad." Kasai brings both of his swords in suddenly before combining their hilts to swing at Katsu's midsection.
Katsu dodges by jumping over Kasai, his shotgun pointed at Kasai as he fires his bullets at Kasai, while his sword blocks any attacks from Kasai.
He spins the combined swords around, deflecting the bullets.
Katsu landed perfectly on his office Chair, his sword in his hand and the shotgun pointed at Kasai.
"Showoff." Kasai spins his two swords and looks at Katsu.
Katsu chuckles, brushing his white hair back. "Come on, Showing off isn't that bad." A smirk appear.
"Maybe I should get some guns...n'aw." Kasai swings a sword with some wind coming off of it and flying towards Katsu.
Katsu cuts the wind into pieces with lightning speed, closing his eyes before blocking the attack.
Some darkness follows soon after.
Katsu smirks, his eyes close as he only listen for sounds.
It's silent, before a creak is heard somewhere near him.
His sword glows, but he doesn't swing as he listens more. "Hmph..."
A sword's blade appears out of nowhere.
Katsu block the sword blade with his shotgun without flicking.
Another one flies at his midsection again.
He deflected the blade with his shotgun.
A foot kicks at him suddenly.
Katsu dodges by doing a flip.
A hand grabs him by the collar of his jacket and throws him, the darkness fades away to reveal Kasai in front of where Katsu was.
Katsu lands on his feet against the wall, smirking. "Hmph."
Kasai cracks his knuckles and looks at Katsu. "Huh."
Katsu lands on the floor perfectly.
Kasai tilts his head. "Do you know how to do this?" He turns into his demon form.
Katsu close his eyes. "no, but I don't need it to still fight." He open his eyes.
